I love all types of air fryer recipes, but vegetables are some of my favorites. You can make this delicious air fryer squash from start to finish in less than 20 minutes. It's healthy, delicious, and the perfect side dish for almost any main dish.
– 1 pound yellow squash – 1 Tablespoon olive oil – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – ½ teaspoon ground black pepper – 1 teaspoon fresh parsley
Cut the squash into ¼-1/2” rounds. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Add the cut squash into a small bowl and toss or brush with olive oil, garlic powder, and ground black pepper.
Cook the squash for 13-15 minutes, tossing the rounds about halfway through the cooking time.
