Air Fryer Sausage and Peppers is not only keto friendly, but a delicious and easy dinner everyone will enjoy. Made with sausage, red and green bell peppers, onions, and more.
– 2 lbs sausage sliced or full links – 2 cups bell peppers sliced, red, green, yellow, or orange – 1 cup onion diced – 3 tbsp olive oil extra virgin – 2 tsp garlic powder – 2 tsp ground black pepper – 1 tsp chili flakes
Slice the sausage into bite sized pieces. Slice the bell peppers, and dice the onions. Add the sausage, bell peppers, and onions into a large sealable plastic bag. Add the olive oil, ground black pepper, and garlic powder to the bag. Seal the bag without removing any air and toss the ingredients to cover them evenly with oil and seasonings. Set aside.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Add the sausage and peppers to the Air Fryer basket and cook for 30 minutes, tossing the ingredients every 5 minutes.
