Air Fryer Potato Skins are an easy snack food or appetizer. This recipe shows you how to have perfectly cut potato halves, filled with bacon, cheddar cheese, green onions, and topped with sour cream.
– 4 medium baked potatoes – ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese – 4 strips cooked bacon crumbled – ½ cup sour cream
Use a spoon or scoop and remove some of the inside of the potato, leaving about ¼ inch around the skins.
Fill the potato skins with cheese and then sprinkle bacon crumbles on top. Then place the skins into the air fryer basket.
Cook them using the air fry option at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 3-5 minutes, until the cheese melts.
