Air Fryer Pork Tenderloin

Making a pork tenderloin in the air fryer can't be any easier! The air fryer helps the tenderloin stay juicy and helps the seasonings enhance the flavor of each bite!

What you need

pork tenderloin

olive oil

Pat the tenderloin dry with a paper towel and place on a cutting board.  Coat both sides of the tenderloin with olive oil.

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine the dry ingredients.

Step 2

Season both sides of the tenderloin, gently pressing the seasoning mixture into the meat, until completely coated.

Step 3

Place in the preheated air fryer basket. Air fry at 400 degrees F for 18-22 minutes, turning the tenderloin halfway through cook time.

Step 4

Once done, let the tenderloin rest for 5-10 minutes, allowing juices to settle. Save the juices from the air fryer to pour over the tenderloin, prior to serving.

Step 5

- You may need to adjust the time if you have a thicker tenderloin. - Let the tenderloin sit in the marinade, keep it covered and in the fridge, until ready to cook.
