This buttery soft air fryer Pizookie recipe is a giant chocolate chip cookie, with a crispy edge and gooey center. Everyone will love this decadent dessert.
– ¾ cup unsalted buttersoftened – 1 cup granulated sugar – ⅓ cup light brown sugar – 2 large eggs – 1 teaspoon vanilla – 2 cups all purpose flour – ½ teaspoon salt – ½ teaspoon baking soda – 2 cup mini chocolate chips
In a large bowl, combine the butter, the sugar, and the brown sugar. Use a stand mixer or handheld mixer to beat together until it is smooth and creamy.
Add the eggs, vanilla extract, salt, baking soda, and about half of the flour to the butter mixture to the cookie batter. 2. Once ingredients are mixed into the batter, add in the remaining all purpose flour. Beat together until it is forms a smooth cookie dough.
