AIR FRYER Taco Casserole

This delicious taco casserole is made with ground beef, taco seasoning, bell pepper, tomatoes and chilis, cheese, and more. It's the perfect easy Air Fryer meal that's family friendly and keto, too!


– 1 lb lean ground beef 95% lean – 3 tbsp taco seasoning – ¼ cup water – ½ cup bell pepper chopped – 10 oz diced tomatoes and green chilisnot drained – 4 large eggs – ¼ cup sour cream – ⅓ cup heavy cream – ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded – 1 tbsp green onions optional

Brown.In a medium sized skillet, brown the ground beef for 5 minutes, or until the beef is no longer pink. Drain. Add.Add in bell pepper, diced tomatoes with green chilis, water, and taco seasoning to the ground beef. Simmer for an additional 3 minutes.


Mix.In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sour cream, and heavy cream until completely combined. Set aside. Pour.Pour the meat mixture into the bottom of the casserole dish. Add the egg mixture to the top of the meat mixture.


Cook.Add the casserole dish to the preheated air fryer basket and cook at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 18 minutes. Add the shredded cheddar cheese and cook for an additional 2 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
