This Air Fryer Mushrooms Recipe is a delicious vegetable side dish, and easy to make. With just a few basic ingredients, you have a healthy side dish, or topping for your favorite meal.
– 16 ounces mushrooms rinsed and dried – 3 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter – 1 clove garlic or garlic powder – ½ teaspoon salt – ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Add ingredients to the bowl of mushrooms, and then toss to mix mushrooms with olive oil, or melted butter. Then, add in the garlic, salt and pepper. Toss until the mushrooms are well coated with the seasonings.
Transfer mushrooms to air fryer basket. Air fry at 400 degrees F for 5-7 minutes. There is no need to shake the basket during the cooking process.
Season to taste. You can also top them with parmesan cheese, onion powder, or other favorite seasonings.
