Delicious Air Fryer Mahi Mahi is perfectly flaky inside and has a succulent texture on the outside. It is a delicious fish recipe and comes out fork tender and buttery every time.
– 2 mahi mahi filets – ½ teaspoon paprika – ½ teaspoon ground black pepper – ½ teaspoon garlic powder – 1 teaspoon olive oil
In a small bowl combine paprika, ground black pepper and garlic powder. Set bowl aside. Place fish fillets in a shallow dish and use a paper towel to pat fillets dry.
Season mahi mahi with the mixture to completely coat in seasoning.
In a single layer place the fresh mahi mahi into the air fryer basket and cook at 400 degrees F / 200 C for 8-10 minutes. Turning halfway through the cook time or until opaque and fish flakes. Use a fish spatula or kitchen tongs so each fillet stays together.
