AIR FRYER LOBSTER

Making lobster tails in the air fryer is an easy way to prepare this seafood favorite. This recipe keeps it simple, with just butter, garlic, lemon, and a few seasonings, it comes out as a mouth watering meal!

– 2 lobster tails 6-8 ounces each – 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted – 2 cloves garlic minced or pressed – 1 tsp lemon juice – ½ tsp salt and pepper – ¼ tsp old bay seasoning

INGREDIENTS

Cut the top of each lobster's shell, until you can slightly pull the meat up so that it rests on the shell. Using a knife, split the meat, without cutting all the way through.

PREPARE

Combine the melted butter with garlic, lemon juice, and seasonings. Stir together. Brush on top of each lobster, covering the meat. Cook at 380 degrees for 6-8 minutes. Brush with additional butter, halfway through cooking.

Serve with butter for dipping and your favorite side dishes.
