Cut the top of each lobster's shell, until you can slightly pull the meat up so that it rests on the shell. Using a knife, split the meat, without cutting all the way through.
Combine the melted butter with garlic, lemon juice, and seasonings. Stir together. Brush on top of each lobster, covering the meat. Cook at 380 degrees for 6-8 minutes. Brush with additional butter, halfway through cooking.
Serve with butter for dipping and your favorite side dishes.
