– 24 drummies – 1 Tablespoon olive oil – 1 Tablespoon cornstarch – 1 teaspoon smoked paprika – 1 teaspoon ground black pepper – 1 teaspoon lemon pepper – ½ teaspoon lemon zest
Rinse and pat the wings with paper towels until they are completely dry. Add the chicken wings, olive oil, cornstarch, ground black pepper, paprika, lemon pepper seasoning, and lemon zest to a large Ziploc bag.
Place wings in a single layer in the basket of your Air Fryer.
Cook at 380ºF for 16 minutes, flipping every 4 minutes. Increase the heat to 400ºF and cook for an additional 4 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the wings have reached 165ºF. Add 1-2 minutes at 400ºF if needed.
