If you need a quick and healthy side dish, frozen veggies in the air fryer are perfect! Just add in your favorite seasonings and they will be perfect in less than 15 minutes.
– 1 pound mixed vegetables frozen – 1 Tablespoon olive oil – 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning – ½ teaspoon ground black pepper – ½ teaspoon sea salt
Add the frozen vegetables to a small bowl and then add the olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Add the seasoned frozen vegetables to the air fryer basket. It's ok to overlap the vegetables slightly, but try and keep as much room around them as possible to help with the cooking process.
Cook the veggies at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes. Remove the basket and flip the vegetables. Then continue air frying for an additional 4-6 minutes of cooking time.
