AIR FRYER Frozen Salmon

I love a good salmon recipe, and this frozen salmon air fryer recipe is one of my favorites! No need to thaw before cooking, and it tastes just like fresh salmon!

INGREDIENTS

– 4 salmon filets frozen – 1 Tablespoon olive oil – ½ Tablespoon brown sugar – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 teaspoon maple syrup – ½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees F. Place the frozen salmon in a single layer, skin side down directly on the bottom of the preheated air fryer basket, and cook for 7 minutes, or until defrosted.

1 PREP

Whisk together olive oil, brown sugar, garlic powder, maple syrup, and pepper until combined. Brush marinade all over defrosted salmon filets, minus the skin side.

2 MIX AND COAT

Air fry salmon for an additional 7-9 minutes of cooking time, or until salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F with a meat thermometer in the thickest part of the salmon.
