This easy Air Fryer Fried Mushrooms recipe is perfect for game day, as a snack, or as a side dish! These mushrooms have a nice crispy texture that is delicious!
– 8 ounces mushrooms whole – ½ cup all purpose flour – 2 large eggs beaten – 1 cup breadcrumbs – 1 teaspoon paprika – ½ teaspoon salt – ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Using three shallow bowls, fill one with bread crumbs, paprika, salt and pepper. Stir seasonings with bread crumbs to combine. Fill 2nd bowl with flour, and the 3rd bowl with the beaten eggs.
Place the battered mushrooms into the lightly sprayed Air Fryer basket. You can also line the basket with parchment paper for easy clean up of excess batter.
Cook mushrooms using Air Fry at 380ºF for 8-10 minutes, turning the mushrooms halfway through cooking process until golden brown.
