AIR FRYER Enchiladas

Air Fryer Enchiladas are one of my Taco Tuesday favorites. Perfect for a busy weeknight and a great recipe to feed all the hungry mouths in the family! Add this to your list of must-make air fryer recipes because even picky eaters will enjoy it! This is one dinner that the whole family will line up for seconds.

INGREDIENTS

– 1 pound ground chicken – 2 Tablespoons Taco Seasoning – 8 tortillas corn or flour – 15 ounces black beans drained and rinsed – 1 can enchilada sauce red – 1 cup mexican cheese shredded – 1 cup cilantro chopped, fresh – ½ cup sour cream

Add the ground chicken to a skillet and cook over medium heat until fully cooked. Stir in the Taco seasoning. Top each tortilla with seasoned chicken.

1 PREP

Top with black beans, and continue building the enchiladas with the remaining tortillas.

2 ADD BEANS

Roll each of the enchiladas and place them into the air fryer on top of the foil.

3 ROLL

Add cheese and air fry the enchiladas at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes. Carefully remove the enchiladas from the air fryer.

4 AIR FRY
