Air fryer egg bites are an easy and nutritious breakfast. Each bite is filled with the flavors of cheese, onion, and bacon. They are Keto friendly, and are super fast to make in the air fryer.
– 6 large eggs – 1 tbsp milk – 4 slices bacon crumbled – ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded – ½ tsp salt – ¼ tsp pepper – 1 green onion chopped
To make these bites, you will need to grab a large mixing bowl. Add in the eggs and the milk, and whisk them together until they well combined.
Next, add in the crumbled bacon, grated cheese, and chopped onions. Gently stir all of the ingredients together, so that your fillings are evenly distributed. Once you are done, equally divide the mixture into the silicone cups, filling about ⅔ full.
Place the cups in the air fryer basket, or on a baking sheet if you have a tray air fryer. Air fry at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for about 8-10 minutes.
