AIR FRYER Cornbread

When you are looking for an easy homemade air fryer cornbread recipe, you have to try this one. Soft and moist, it is a perfect addition to any meal. Made with buttermilk, this cornbread has true country flavor.

INGREDIENTS

– 1 ¼ cup all purpose flour – ¾ cup cornmeal – 3 tbsp sugar – 1 tsp baking powder – ¼ tsp salt – 1 cup buttermilk – ¼ cup unsalted butter melted – 1 large egg

To begin, start with a medium bowl, and combine the flour, cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir the dry ingredients together.

1 PREP

Next, add in the buttermilk, melted butter, and egg. Then continue to stir the ingredients together into a thick batter.

2 MIX

Fill the baking dish, with the cornbread batter. If using silicone cups, fill until they are about ¾ full. Place in the air fryer basket, then cook at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 13-15 minutes, until they are golden brown.
