AIR FRYER Copycat Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits

We all know, if you visit a Red Lobster, the meal just isn't complete without a basket of their cheesy, garlic, buttery biscuits. Now you can make them in your air fryer!

INGREDIENTS

– 2 cups all purpose flour – 4 teaspoon baking powder – ½ teaspoon salt – ½ teaspoon cream of tartar – 2 teaspoon sugar – ½ teaspoon garlic powder – ½ cup unsalted butter – 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese – ⅔ cup milk Garlic Topping – 2 tablespoon unsalted butter – 1 large garlic clove, pressed – ¼ teaspoon garlic powder – 1 teaspoon dried parsle

First, grab a large bowl and stir together the flour, baking powder, salt, cream of tartar, sugar and garlic powder. Next, add in the softened butter and stir with a fork until it is a flaky dough. Finally, stir in the shredded cheese and the milk, until it forms into a dough.

1 PREP

After the dough is made, scoop drops of the dough and put them in the basket. Be sure to lightly brush the basket with olive oil first. Cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit in a smaller basket for 5 minutes. The large basket has more biscuits to cook, so add two or three more minutes of cooking time.

2 PREPARE FOR AIR FRYER

Once the biscuits have finished cooking, melt together the butter with garlic, garlic powder and parsley, and brush on the tops of the cooked biscuits.

3 ADD BUTTER

SERVE!
