You will want to begin by peeling and rinsing them. Then cut the potatoes into 1 inch cubes, about the size of dice.
using a mixing bowl, toss the cubed potatoes in olive oil and then the seasonings, until they are well coated.
Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket, and air fry at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time.
