These amazing blueberry scones, made in the air fryer, are not your typical dry and boring scones. They are so soft and full of blueberries, super EASY to make, and best of all, they are ready to eat in just minutes.
– ⅓ cup butter slightly softened – 1 ¾ cups all purpose flour – ¼ cup sugar – 2 teaspoon baking powder – 1 large egg – ¾ cup fresh or frozen blueberries – 4 tablespoon milk
First, you combine the butter, flour, sugar, and baking powder. Stir them together until it become slightly crumbly.
Then add in the egg, and spoonfuls of the milk, until the dough forms. Next, you will stir in the blueberries until they are mixed into the dough.
Finally, you will roll the dough out and cut with a biscuit cutter, or use a drinking glass, upside down.
Place the scones into the air fryer basket, lined with parchment paper, or lightly brushed with olive oil. Cook them at 380 degrees F until they are golden brown, which is about 5-6 minutes.
