AIR FRYER Banana Muffins

INGREDIENTS

– 1 ½ cups all purpose flour – ½ cup granulated white sugar – ⅓ cup light brown sugar – 1 teaspoon baking powder – 2 bananas ripe, mashed – ½ teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 egg – ⅓ cup salted butter melted

Add the flour and baking powder to a large bowl and set aside.  In a medium sized mixing bowl, cream together the white sugar, brown sugar, and butter with a hand mixer.  Add the egg and the vanilla extract to the butter mixture.

1 PREP

Fold the mashed bananas into the muffin batter.  Use a large cookie scoop or ice cream scoop to scoop the batter into the silicone baking molds. Fill each mold ¾ of the way full.

2 FOLD BANANAS AND SCOOP

Air fry at 300 degrees F for 10 minutes, until is cooked through and there is tender apple inside. You can check using a fork to make sure apples are softened.

3 AIR FRY AND COOL
