Air Fryer Banana Chips are a sweet and salty, healthy snack, that are so easy to make. They are air fried to crispy perfection with just a handful of ingredients.
– 2 medium bananas barely ripe, fresh – 2 teaspoons olive oil – ¼ teaspoon Kosher salt
Place bananas on a cutting board and slice the bananas into thin slices, about 1⁄4 inch thick. Put the sliced bananas in a medium bowl and gently toss them in the olive oil. Mix until evenly coated.
Place raw banana slices in a single layer in the basket of the air fryer. Do not overfill the air fryer with bananas.
Air fry banana chips for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees F, flipping halfway through the cooking process. Until the bananas are lightly browned and crispy.
