AIR FRYER Baked Apples

Air Fryer Baked Apples are a quick and easy sweet dessert. Soft and warm apples, filled with a brown sugar, oats, raisins, and walnuts mixture, making every bite delicious.

INGREDIENTS

– 4 medium apples – 2 tablespoons oats – 2 tablespoons raisins – 2 tablespoons walnuts chopped – 1 tablespoon brown sugar – ½ teaspoon cinnamon – 1 tablespoon butter melted

In a medium bowl, combine the oats, raisins, brown sugar, walnuts, and cinnamon. Stir in the melted butter until the ingredients are combined. Set the bowl aside to prepare the apples.

1 PREP

Cut the tops of the apple off along with the stem. Then, cut a small part of the bottom of the apple as well. This will help it stand up without shifting or rolling.

2 CUT

Use an apple corer, melon baller or paring knife to scoop out the apple core and remove all seeds.  Spoon the cinnamon oat apple filling into the cored apples until they are filled. Place the filled apples into the air fryer basket.

3 ADD FILLING

Air fry apples at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 to 10 minutes until the apples reach your desired softness. Let apples cool just enough to remove from basket, and serve warm.
